Nasaruddin who is Managing Director of the Company has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He had his early training with a Big 4 accounting firm and has more than 30 years of diverse experience gained in the commercial sector, having served senior positions with a mining conglomerate, an automotive group (both listed on Bursa Malaysia) and the national sewerage company.

Yang Meng, the Director of the Company is also a qualified company secretary pursuant to Section 235 and Section 241 of the Companies Act, 2016. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA, UK), a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (UK).

She has over 37 years of working experience in public practice, commerce and industry in areas including Audit, Accounting, Insolvency / Recovery, Taxation and Corporate Secretarial Services. Other areas of hands-on experience include Project Accounting, Computerized Accounting System Changeover, Corporate Treasury, Strategic Planning and Management Accounting which were gained from diverse industries such as manufacturing, trading, project management, construction, freight forwarding and advertising.

Halimah has a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies from University Technology Mara and is an Associate of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS). She is a qualified company secretary pursuant to Section 235 and Section 241 of the Companies Act, 2016 and has many years of experience in this field. She began her career with the Government of Malaysia in 1978, attached to the Official Assignee’s Department which is now known as the Malaysian Department of Insolvency, as an Insolvency Officer.

She has served as a Senior Assistant Official Assignee/Receiver in various Insolvency Branches mainly Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Perak and the Kuala Lumpur Head Office. She has more than 27 years of experience in managing insolvency and liquidation accounts including experience in abandoned projects.

Vishna is our Manager of Secretarial and is a holder of Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) and majored in Marketing. She has over 19 years diverse experience in Corporate Secretarial Services, Administration and Marketing matters. She also has 3 years exposure in handling secretarial matters of Public Listed Companies. She also have experience in the registration and maintaining of Limited Liability Partnership and well versed with the MBRS portal, E-filing and counter submission at the SSM offices.
